The WP-2RO series products feature an innovatively developed control system an d a large color LCD screen display. They are designed and manufactured strictly a ccording to the standards of a two-stage reverse osmosis process.
Application: HPLC, GC-MS, ICP-AES, ICP-MS, AAS, GFAAS, TOC analysis, IC, electrochemistry, ultra-trace and trace inorganic and organic analysis, molecular biology, microbiology, PCR applications and analysis, DNA sequence analysis, mammalian cell culture, cell and culture medium preparation, monoclonal antibody production, electrophoresis, gel analysis.
Functions
Control system: Control system: Microcomputer fully automatic control design, large LCD color screen display, menu-driven operation mode.
Capacitive tempered glass touch buttons, highly sensitive and durable.
Safety features: Equipped with a source water pressure reduction system to prevent leaks caused by excessive source water pressure. It also features self-test upon startup, automatic flushing upon startup, water shortage shutdown protection, automatic reset after power failure, automatic shutdown when full, and ultra-low pressure protection.
Water quality monitoring: Equipped with online detection and display functions for RO pure water conductivity, UP ultrapure water resistivity (resistivity meter resistance cell constant 0.01cm¹, automatic temperature compensation), and TOC.
System functions: Features a circulation function for substandard ultrapure water intake. The circulation function can be freely turned on and off, and the upper limit of circulation can be freely set.
It features timed and quantitative water extraction, and the ability to store, query, and download historical water quality data.
It employs a dual-stage reverse osmosis process design to ensure stable product water quality under different source water conditions.
It has a timed on/off function.
It features three levels of PIN password protection: power-on password, user operation password, and equipment
management password.
Equipment Components: The system is equipped with a vacuum pressure water storage tank, avoiding secondary pollution from contact with air.
It adopts a built-in modular integrated pretreatment, RO reverse osmosis membrane, and purification column system.
Consumables Management: Real-person voice alarm and replacement prompts for consumable failure; consumable failure value can be set between 1-18.25 MΩ·cm as needed. Automatic identification of consumable replacement facilitates better equipment management.
